Do any of you ladies know of any REAL work-at-home opportunities? I've seen lots of scams, pyramid schemes, etc. and really want to find a work-at-home that will actually MAKE money instead of requiring me to SPEND money?
Any ideas?

JM has a WAHMs board that might be able to help you more. I have done a ton of WAH jobs and have found legit ones, and scams. What kind of stuff would you like to do? Would you be able to do something over the phone? Would something like Avon work for you?

Wow! A WAHM board? This place has everything. I don't know how well phone stuff would be...as soon as I get on the phone, my little one wants to read, or color, or play or "pick up". I tried Creative Memories, but honestly, it's hard to make any money with that because you have to place minimum orders every so often - besides...scrapbooking is an addiction of mine and I don't have the discipline to stay out of my "stuff for sale". Avon, I like the idea, but there are TONS of Avon reps around here (Cleveland area). For now, I work part time and have what I call my "consulting gig" where I do business analysis, website administration, advertising, profit/loss analysis, stuff like that...but it's a supplementary income more than a real income. I guess I'll just have to keep looking around. Don't have much up-front money to put into anything...but maybe there's something I can do (besides sell stuff on ebay and craigslist) to get a little extra cash post-holidays.
