So my 28 month year old DS talks very well and communicates very well but he also is SO random at times. He says random words and and things out of context all the time when he just talking to himself (not like he answers a questions with a random words or anything), lol. Is this normal?

He also seems to always be thinking about past events. For example, we went to Chicago a month ago and he keeps randomly saying "all done Chicago" even a month later, haha.

Anyone else's toddler like this?

Oh yeah. That sounds pretty normal. my 2 & 3 yr olds say things like that. Ryan also remembers everything. I mean he will go to grandmas house who he hasnt seen in 6 months and remember everything. what he isnt supposed to do, what he can and cant get away with. Hes always saying silly things.

This is normal for kids that age. We experience that a lot with kids at our preschool, end up saying things completely out of context. Nothing unusual about it.
