I'm a new mom here. My son will be 11m next week 17th. He won't be going back to the doctor until after his 1st bday so I was wondering if I can gave him a little bit of whole milk before he's 1? He is a VERY picky eater. He won't eat or pickup anything soft. He's on Enfamil Gentlease due to coloc when he was little and he still has gas issues depending on what he ears. We have stoped Sweet potatos & Green beans. Because he's won't eat table food he's on stage 3 baby food. I have seen the toddler formula but I don't know much about it. What is it used for?

Giving him a little now and then won't hurt him, just don't use as a replacement for his formula. He still needs all the extra stuff from it that isn't in regular milk. I would also be careful of the fact that he is on a special kind of formula. The regular milk might hurt his stomach or make him more gassy. If it's nutritional concerns you have the formula is a better option to stick with. You could try making him some smoothies and hiding veggies inside them just make sure you puree really well and make them extra thin for him.
