How are you keeping your kids busy during summer break?

Are you doing anything special with your older DD child(ren) to prepare them for "back to school"?

No big plans. We do IBI therapy in my home on the days I'm off work so nothing to exciting go on.

We haven't done much this summer. Just played in the pool, played outside, went to parks, etc. Katie is doing a literacy program all next week to help her get ready to go back to school and with Alex its all about just preparing him for what the schedule will look like, what therapists will come before/after school and hoping for the best.

We have been SO busy. Autumn has done great. So far, we have only had one really bad day, where it was meltdown after meltdown. We have been traveling, swimming, playing with friends, etc..

Plus, she learned to ride her two wheeled bike with no training wheels!!! This is HUGE. I am the proudest mom ever.
