Ryan went to see a development ped at TX Childrens Autism Center today and they also think he has mild/moderate Autism. The are ordering genetic testing and more OT and ST evaluations. We will get the final paperwork in a couple of weeks during the parent meeting.

Ryan has seen the ped. gastro doctor and they think he had a stomach bug and because of his immature gut, it is taking him longer to heal. We have another appt. to go back in one month. I was also able to talk to a nutritionist and she said not to worry about gluten and so forth. She said lets get nutrients in him and worry about the rest later. The plan is fiber for his bowel movements, a children's multivitamin, and probiotics. TCH doesn't support gluten free diets for Autism.

I am glad he is getting the help he needs. It was suggested that Billy have probiotics throughout the day from different brands.

I'm glad your getting answers.

We are doing something similar as well. We healed my son's gut and we do the probiotics, multivitamin, fish oil, MB-12 and special diet for my son (not gluten and casein, but his food sensitivities) and it has been amazing. Just recently we learned cinnamon causes him to be aggressive!
