What do you think of this? http://www.aspergia.com/
I found it a fascinating take on Aspergers http://www.aspergia.com/lead.htm Aspergers as a kind of evolution!

I didn't read all of it but what I did see, I really really liked. It reminds me of a few things. One is when dh and I were at the Tony Attwood conference and he was saying how he admired people with Asperger's Syndrome. His sister in law has it and she's a wonderful artist. He shared a few pics and one was so good, it looked like a photograph. He said she was his hero. Another things was when reading some of Temple Grandin thoughts and she said that she thought that if we were to find a cure for autism/asperger's syndrome, we might be doing ourselves a disservice because a lot of advances in a lot of areas like computers, medicine, etc... were probably made by someone on the spectrum. There's various books that theorize that Einstein, Jefferson, Gates, and more might be Aspies. One more thing...Tony Atwood said that if he had to give a definition of Asperger's, it would be "seeking knowledge".
Thanks for posting the site, I put it in my favorites so I can look it over more later.
