My name is April. I am a 29 year old in home child care provider. My daughter, Liberty, will be 4 this Spetember. I call her my miricle baby because I had giving up on getting pregnant the old fashion way, and one day I was pregnant with her. She was born 6 weeks early, supposedly. We have been very blessed that she hasn't had any health problems or developmental issues. She is acdemically ready for Kindergarten, but will be starting preschool on August 10. She is very excited because she loves school. She had the privledge to be part of the first preschool class at a new state preschool. I was only 3 months at the beginning of this year, but she loved it & impress the teacher. Tonight, I just helped my little girl take one of the many big steps in her life. I moved the twin bed into her room & took her toddler bed out. She has been sleeping in her own room all night since she was 6 months old, but over the last few weeks she has been coming into our bedroom around 2 in the morning. Last night I checked in on her and she was completely sideways in the bed with her feet hanging off. So this morning I asked her, if she was ready for the big girl bed. She said yes with a little hesitation. So I told her I was going to move it, and I did. She is so excited now.

I also have a 7 month old son, who is also a blessing. We weren't planning on having a baby when he was accidently concieved. My husband had been laid off, and so we had no income, and no insurance. God works in mysterious ways. We are blessed to have a ton of family support, and we excited to welcome our son into the world 2 weeks early because of high bood pressure & low fluid.

I'd love to get to know some ladies that have children my DD age, so that maybe she can have a pen pal when she learns to write a little better. Now all she can write is her name, mom, & dad. We are still working on Kadin.

Here's to getting to know you! :::CHEERS:::

It's great to see you back here! Congrats on Liberty moving to her big girl bed! Her & my little girl are close in age as well! My Natalie will be 4 on September 11th. A penpal would be great once they can write better! All Nat can write as well is her name.

No one else will ever know the strength of my love for you. After all, you are the only one who knows what my heart sounds like from the inside." AA&NJ
