Our boy is 3 years 3months old.

In the past 2 months we've gotten him to start using the potty, and mostly have dry and poop-less diapers while using the potty.

Just the other day we made the big switch to briefs--which he loves.

But all of a sudden, he's having numerous accidents a day--like 8 and above--all wees, no poos.

We're trying to figure out how to incentivize him to be aware of when he needs to go and to tell us. But not working so far. We'll even ask him if he needs to go, he says no, then wets himself a minute later.

Any ideas? And have any of you run into this as well? That taking away a diaper actually makes them go more often?

Any help would be appreciated.

Regression is actually common. Something could have spooked him. Shar knows when she has to pee and poop but sometimes she'll hide to do them in her diaper/pull up. I really want to just put her big girl underwear but my boyfriend freaks when she pees on the floor.

Thank you, Jaidynsmum for my beautiful signature.
