I currently am 6 weeks or so pregnant. I went and had an ultra sound done on may 23. Everything looked normal for a 5 week pregnancy when really i should have been 6 weeks according to my last period. There was a yolk sac but no fetal pole just yet. That night i started experencing brownish pink spotting. I was alarmed by this but was thinking maybe it was from the ultra sound? Its been three days the spotting comes and goes. Its mainly when i have a bowl movement. Im really concerned. Any words of wisdom will be greatly appereciated.

Honestly its probably from the vaginal ultrasound..I was close to 9 weeks when I had my vaginal ultrasound and bled for about 2 days(just spotting) afterward..Unless it was bright red I wouldnt worry.Your cervix is probably irritated.

During my first exam, my doctor warned "Don't be surprised if you see some spotting. These tests can irritate some women."
Also, did he do a pap smear? And have you been having intercourse since then?

If so, I'd suggest giving yourself a few days to heal, and I'm sure your other will understand.
But I would DEFINITELY call your doctor just to make sure everything is okay.

It is better to be prepared and not need it, than to need it and not be prepared.
And let's face it, you can never be too careful with your child.
Baby you amaze me
