what can I do about not being able to sleep at night? 4-6 weeks along,suggestions?

I just found out the other day i am currently 4 to 6 weeks along in my pregnancy i had insomnia and couldnt sleep and now that im preggers i cant take it and i havent hardly slept in last few days ....does anyone know of something that i could do to help me sleep that would be safe??? Im so restless and miserable at night and tired but cant sleep,this sucks really bad...

i believe you can take tylenol pm or benadryl ... or unisom is really good

I believe unisom is OB approved, but check with your doc first.

I agree with unisom if it's that bad as you need your rest,i had trouble going to sleep while pregnant i tried natural remedies like. Warm glass of milk before bed,white noises help alot something simple as a box fan did it for me,try to relax.
