Hello, I recently had an vaginal u/s and should've been 10weeks 3 days. The empty sac only measured 6 wks 3 days. They diagnosed me with a blighted ovum. Since then, it has been 2 weeks, I have had little spotting/bleeding. The blood is dark brown. I also have no cramping. My breast are not as tender, but I still fell full after eating, and my belly looks pregnant. I have not gained any weight. Is there any chance I could be misdiagnosed? Or the viable pregnancy sac was hiding. I'm so confused and don't have insurance to pay for another $600 u/s! Does my body just think it's still pregnant? I'm hoping to miscarry naturally, but beginning to freak me out that the 'baby' has been gone for 6 weeks and still hasn't passed. Any help or words of wisdom are greatly appreciated!

Is there any way you can get Bloodwork done to check your hcg levels? Tha may be cheaper than a u/s. otherwise I guess you just have to wait it out and see if you miscarry.
