I'm 32 w 4d , I was at a friend dinner the other night and my friends and I have always made our drinks super sweet- not being able to taste the alcohol. Well her mom served us lemonade, called me horrified today remembering there had been vodka in it. I only had one glass but I'm freaking out, could this harm my baby? My doc is out of the office and I left her a message but my anxiety is spiked.

If you only had one glass, you and baby will be fine. Typically, damage from alcohol is due to excessive amounts and multiple times!
Thank-you Bokkechick for the beautiful siggy!

Honestly, many women in Europe drink moderately throughout pregnancy... the US has created bigger drama than needed.

Since it was only one glass I think you will be fine. Just don't stress about it, because that will end up causing more harm to the baby. Like someone else said, its more the excessive drinking that causes harm. Think about how many women have drank while not knowing they were pregnant. They most likely stopped as soon as they found out and had babies that turned out just fine.
