If there's already a place to find this information, I apologize Feel free to direct me there and delete this. It's my first time and I obviously have a lot of questions, but nobody to ask.

I'm "in the fifth week" (yea, I read all about the difference between # weeks and in week # ) and have very few symptoms. No complaints there. What I'm wondering about are -

Constipation (sorry!) - I read it's normal. In the beginning it was pretty bad; now it's easing off. Is that normal? Is it normal for it to regress or does that mean I need to drink more water?

Abdominal tenderness/ light pain - I assume this is due to implantation and/or stretching of muscles etc? It seems to be at the higher area of what I assume is my uterus. It comes and goes, sometimes a little worse than others. It seems to be exacerbated by sitting forward, laying flat, and wearing pants that are snug in that area. Should I be worried?

Pain when laying down - I've found I get a sore, dull throbbing or pressure in the same place mentioned before and my left ovary if I lay on my right side. Almost as if gravity is the reason. When I lay on my left side it's much better. Is this normal?

Thanks so much Claire for my awesome siggy

I would try and up your water intake. I found when I was dehydrated early on (and now) I would get really crampy. It may help with the constipation as well.

Thanks I've been practically drowning in water this week and I feel a lot less crampy. I've also had some brown and pink show, though.

Thanks so much Claire for my awesome siggy
