I'm 34w 2d. I've always had a high pain tolerance, even before pregnancy, but here lately I've noticed I can't feel much of anything good or bad.
Like yesterday, I accidentally set the iron on my hand when I was ironing clothes and barely felt anything. It was only like a light pinch or a mosquito bite.

I guess this is better than having a heightened sense of feeling. At least this will prove useful during labor and delivery...but is it common?
It isn't just my feet and hands, it's pretty much everywhere.
Baby you amaze me

Since before you got pregnant you didn't feel much pain so I bet that is normal and hopefully it will help you with laboring.
