All, I was blessed to find out that I was pregnant a week ago. All is going well. My HCG rates yesterday were in the mid 3500s which is apparently where they should be. This is my first pregnancy so I am a little concerned about any new feeling I get. Anyway, during the night I had really bad cramps in one of my sides, so much that they woke me up. They maybe lasted a couple of hours and they subsided. Is it normal to get crambs right that,, that just come and go? What do you guys think?

If you are really worried I would personally go to the Dr, or at least give them a call. I would also up your water intake a bit because sometimes dehydration can cause hellish cramps. Even if you drink a lot I would try and drink a little more.
