I'm not pregnant, yet, but I start Clomid 50mg this week. Tonight in my area it's like 5 degrees and my 2 dogs are inside with me (1 full blooded Boxer and 1 Terrier Schnauzer mix) and for the past 3 hrs they have been playing FULL FORCE. Including jumping all on me. And I'm just sitting here thinking if this medicine works they can't be jumping all on my tummy and they will go like a happy ballistic with a new baby (or babies twins run in my family) in the house! How do I tame them or make them calm down??? I know getting them fixed will help but that's no guarantee... advice???

Having them neutered may help, both with temperament and in their long-term health.

I really suggest getting them into some training. It can be tough to break dogs of bad habits once they are older. Find a method, stick with it, and be consistent.
Thank-you Bokkechick for the beautiful siggy!

My dog is like that but because he can't behave enough to have run of the house, he's often in one room that I'm not in that much. I keep my hands near my belly when the dog is around me. Training and fixing would be good but no guarantee it will work. If you aren't willing to have them sleep somewhere else, make them sleep on the other side of you, not near your belly.
