For those who have hypothyroidism and are now pregnant, how much did you have to increase your thyroid medication dose? What was your pre-pregnancy dose, and what was it during pregnancy?

I regulate my own thyroid with kelp - never felt better. Ryan is a double PhD and an expert in thyroid. I reccommend at least taking a look at his website.

My doctor kept saying we would have to increase my dose but I'm 36 weeks and just had another blood draw and my levels are still stable so, to answer your question, none at all. I'm also on a low dose 0.25mcg
