So, I'm back to work for the first time since Timmy was born tomorrow. I'm definitely excited but I'm worried at the same time. Anti depressants or not, there is still the one manager that has to get on everyone's case about everything and treat everyone like crap for no apparent reason and I will not think twice about calling him on it. I have absolutely no problem with it. I'm a manager too. And I've been with the company longer than he has.

Am I wrong not to put up with the bull crap??

Nope your not Wrong! No one should have to put up with something like that. And the fact that you have been doing it longer and technically have seniority you should be the one to tell him/show him how to do it. But I'm also the blunt honest one that doesn't take BS from any one! I say let him have it and maybe just maybe he will see what he's doing wrong.

Good luck back at work!!
