Reflux is a condition where stomach contents reflux into the esophagus, which causes pain and discomfort. A worse and more complicated form of reflux is GERD= Infant Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease.

Foods that tend to cause flare ups

oranges, apples, bananas, onion, cucumber, garlic, corn, and broccoli. there are more things that cause flare ups.

When feeding baby, make sure baby is sitting up. After baby eats keep baby sitting up for a little while.
