Yup. Would have preferred to wait a bit, but we've had this family trip to Vegas planned for months now, and that's as good a time as any to give them the good news.

my family will be happy but surely surprised. DH's family will be thrilled i'm sure. No one knows about us either so it will be a big surprise! My MIL bought me baby clothes for chirstmas though, so i'm sure her reaction will be nothing but elated!!

The in-laws will be ecstatic, especially my SIL. She and I started trying at the same time. She concieved on her second cycle.... not so much for me. My parents are a little wary because they think i'm young, but they will be supportive. They know how much this means to me. After a chemical pg and 6 months of trying (and now this break) they've seem me go through the bad and the ugly.

My mom knows we are TTC and is so happy for us. My SO mom started to talk about wanting to be a grandma for over 2 years. She has several grandchildren already, but really wants it for us My dad is exited as well.

I know my MIL will burst into tears of happiness! She knows we're trying and she tried for years before having my DH (but, then went on to have five kids back to back for a total of 6). So she's been super supportive of me and keeps giving me good advice and stuff. I know she's anxious to have a grandchild! my FIL will be happy too!

Our families will probably die of shock. We've been married 12.5 years already.
