Hmmm, good question! DH is traveling for work, so I'm on my own. That usually means I make some noodles and find whatever I have around to top them. Did that 2x this week already, though. Last night I had some leftover thai, but that's gone now....so....back to the pasta? Or, since I'm trapped in my house all day studying, I might just treat myself to something terrible for me, like a quarter pounder from McD's

The BEST is cutting up tomatoes and putting a few slices in each grilled cheese sandwich DH hates it but I think it's the only way to eat grilled cheese!

But sadly, we do not have any tomatoes in the fridge at the moment. May have to stop at the store before heading home...

Crockpot Pot Roast with carrots and potatoes over some brown rice. I need some warm comfort food right now as I started getting a head cold yesterday.
