I'm away for work today and tomorrow and staying in a hotel, as such last night I had a really crappy nights sleep, my temp this morning was really really low for this point in the 2ww and it was so bad I almost didn't wana put it on my chart!

I was wondering how much affect a poor nights sleep can have on temps? I know it says it should be done after 4 hrs sleep but didn't know whether it makes such a huge diff.

Any advice/thoughts would be appreciated

If I know I didn't get a solid night's sleep (at least 3 solid/good hours immediately before temping), I would discard my temp. For right now, I would leave it in your chart, and indicate the "sleep-deprived" check box. If the rest of your temps are normal, the one temp shouldn't affect the overall pattern too much. If it does, you can always discard it later.

Thanks *Kiliki* for my amazingly perfect siggy!
