So, last night in Chat I mentioned something about the "Appamonster" which is a name I call my dog and Karin thought it was funny, which made me think..what crazy names do those of you who have pets..call them?

For Appa I have:

Jynx is often called Jynxie-Binxie or J-Cat (since Appa has learned that Jynx is the cat's name)
Eithne doesn't have any sadly (other than E-Cat)... though DH calls her "Churchill" since he thinks her face looks like Winston Churchill.

So what crazy names do you call your pets?

Heehee, I still think it's funny this morning!

Let's see.

Max (what we call him)
Jaybees Maximillian (his AKC registered name, we never call him this)
Mister (most common nickname)
Maxie Poo

(yes, I call him all these things, daily)

Mister Man
Master Max
Mad Max
Mad Maximus

(after 16 years, you come up with a lot of things to call your dog!)
Ok, moving on...

Peanut (what we call him)
Bachrodt's Peanut (his AKC registered name)
Mister Peanut
Boo Man
Boo Man Group
Little Man
Peanut Man
Small Man

(not as many for Peanut, but these are all used frequently)

Molly (what we used to call her)
Molly Enby of Queenshire (her AKC registered name)
Molly Girl
Cute Face

(she didn't have many, but these 3 names were almost always used instead of just "Molly")

Fun thread!

Love this post!

I have a pug named Lilly. I call her:

Princessa (I call her this all the time!)
Pretty girl

I also, always tell her that she's my favorite, my DH always points out that she is also my only animal!

I talk to my dog often, sometimes she talks back--meaning that I'll say something and my DH will respond for her. When we respond for Lilly we turn her into a smart-mouthed street dog! Our little Lilly has a potty mouth!

She also talks back by purring. A lot of times when I pet her I make "yummy" noises and she does the same back to me. She's like a cat that way!

I wasn't very clever with my cats. He was usually just TJ (his name) or stupid cat. lol. And stupid cat was used both affectionately and when he was in trouble (which was often)

I have three cats. Drop ( named after a pub "the last Drop"), Pretty, & Checkers.

They daily get called;
Mr. Checkers
Bully (Checkers lol)
Crazy ( against Checkers, the same cat that tripped my down 6 stairs 7 months ago and tour my foot to shreds, but really I forgave him, lol)
Tricker (drop)
Nudgey (Drop)
Fuzziest Kitty (Pretty)

I think that just about covers it. I really am NOT a cat person but I save Drop befor I met my DH and he saved his two. He would love more pets but iam alllll set. I hate the fur every where!
