Awesome! Do you use the disposable cartridges with the different flavors or are are you going to use the re-useable kinds to make regular coffee? Are the cartridges pretty affordable? And if you use the re-useable kind, what do you think of it? I was thinking of getting one but not completely sold on the idea yet. Haha, sorry for all the questions. I like coffee, but DH and I like different kinds, and I am not about to drink a whole pot by myself. Or even half a pot... and you can't really make less than half a pot of coffee without wasting a lot of coffee grounds.

Congratulations on the Keurig!

That is so fun!!!! I used to share one with my sister but she moved to California and took it with her

Amy - I found the best deals on the cartridges at Bed Bath and Beyond - with my 20% off coupons, and at SAMS. I never did look into Amazon but I bet they have some good prices too. I have used the reusable ones as well. The only issue I came across was that we only had one of the things to fill and I hated to clean it so much. The coffee would really get in that fine mesh and be hard to clean out. But other than that it was pretty easy to use and I liked it just as well as the cups. It is certainly a cheaper route.

I actually switched to a french press to make my coffee now. It is very easy to make a single serving and I think the coffee that comes from it is the best I have ever had. Just another option for you

YES TO COFFEE! <3

There is a great reusable one on Amazon (Ekobrew Cup, Refillable Cup for Keurig K-cup Brewers, Brown, 1-Count: Amazon.com: Grocery & Gourmet Food)

$10 bucks and it is awesome (and good for the environment!)

!!! You're so smart! I never even thought about the french press! We have one, but DH has been using it exclusively for ground roasted cocoa, and I never even though of making coffee in it. DUH!!!! I will try that next time. (And have my own Dexter Morgan breakfast with blood oranges, and eggs, and ham, lol)
