Ladies, I was in an accident this morning and was taken to the hospital. Here in CO the rain has been causing flooding, power outages and a lot of other challenging situations. A lady rear ended me when i was stopped at a light that was out. She never saw that the ligjt was out. I have a severe concussion, whiplash and am suffering from shock. I am in a neck brace for 2weeks. Thank god i was wearing my seat belt. Pretty sure all my possible chances this cycle if I had any are gone. Thought I would inform y'all. Please send thoughts and prayers to me. I feel awful. PM me if you would like to get ahold of me.

omg i'm so sorry sweetie! I hope you feel better quickly.

And yes, yay for seatbelts. You should contact your mechanic/dealership and see if you need to replace it (little known fact, in many accidents all in use belts need to be replaced since they stretch and could fail in a future accident).

Ooh no! I pray you'll not be so painful and have a quick recovery. Thank God for life and that things weren't worse. I'll be checking in with you.

Praying for a quick recovery. I'm so sorry, Ash -- so scary. But I'm very glad that it wasn't worse, conditions sound like a recipe for disaster.
