Hey all! I'm new here so I apologize in advance for my lack of acronyms, I'm still trying to figure al that out!

This month I had some strange mid-cycle spotting(VERY brief, light pink) that I've NEVER experienced before. This happened a few days after I believe I Ovulated. I did some research online and it sounds like some women experience ovulation bleeding. I'm trying to decide if my spotting could be this or if it might have been implantation bleeding. Is there any way to tell the difference? Does anyone have any experience with either or advice about them? Just looking for some answers before I get my hopes up! Thanks for all the help!

Hi there and welcome

Implantation bleeding would usually happen 7-10 days after ovulation which would be about 7- 4 days before you would expect your period. If you aren't temping to confirm ovulation then there really isn't a good way to tell the difference. Sometimes there is also just random unexplained mid cycle spotting. I know that isnt very helpful but only time will tell. I wish you the very best of luck!!
