Hi there! It's me again. In trying to count 14 days following the first day of my period (ovluation), it just hit me that I don't know what the official FIRST day really is. Is it on my first day of light, sporadic spotting OR is it on my first day of heavy, consistant flow? Thanks ladies!

The first day is the day you have red flow that is enough to require something (tampon, pad, etc...). That would be CD 1.
