So at 37 I'm experiencing something a little different. AF is almost always 3 days of heavy bleeding. 1 day of medium. 2 days of light, and I'm done. I had my typical this month (CD1-5), but i'm on CD8 and have had really light spotting for about 3 days. Just a little worried because I just got over a UTI. Any advice?

I think the older we get the more not patterned af is. When I was younger my af used to be 3 days and that was it but the more I grow old the longer it is as in spotting. I would not worry about it this time sweetie. It could well be the UTI messing with it. I hope you dont have to see what the next one is to compare though x

I agree with Clare. My AF was SO regular when I was younger . . . but not anymore!
