I had a decent weekend. Woke up Saturday.. tested BFN. Which was fine. I was testing to see if I could drink at a wedding we were going to and it was what I expected. Then I went to work and was texting my husbands friends wife lol I'd say we are friends, but we really aren't. We went to school together for 10 years and everything, but never anything more than polite. Well she was going to be at the wedding and I was looking forward to it because of just not knowing anyone there until she texted me and said "omg i have to tell you i'm pregnant, 6 weeks!" and then I had a melt down at work. It was embarrassing but whatever. and I am happy for her.. Her and her husband tried for 5 months and then he went over seas for 9 months and then apparently when they got back it only took 2 weeks and she was pregnant lol. So I am happy for her.. but at the same time I'm so extremely jealous, ya know. (of course you ladies know) anyway.. went to the wedding and they had an open bar (WOO HOO!) and I had 2 drinks and she told me I needed to slow down and I almost turned redneck on her! lol so I had a few more drinks and I was by no mean "drunk" or anything.. they had dinner and stuff too so I mean I was fine and I was still so ticked at her for telling me to SLOW DOWN?! ugh anyway, she then preceeded to tell the WHOLE table that she as pregnant and bla bla bla. and I just was so mad. I just wanted to go home.. but of course my husband wanted to go out afterwards and the whole time she was just complaining and complaining and I hated it!

but overall I had a great time with my husband and we spent the whole day sunday together and it was fine. and now I'm in this limbo state of whether to call the dr or not. I'm on cycle day 38 with no signs of anything.

Thanks Tasha for my Blinkie!!

Man, I'm so sorry that this girl made you feel bad at the wedding. I know this was just supposed to be a time for you to get away and NOT think about TTC. And what's the deal with her telling you to slow down on your drinking? I'm very proud of you for keeping your cool , but to tell you the truth I don't think I could have.

On the postive note: I am glad that you and DH were able to find some enjoyment in the weekend.
