Whenever I lay down molars throb. I know I have one cavitity and it is on one of the teeth that is hurting But I also hurt on the teeth below it and on the other side of my mouth.

It is getting so bad that I have to sleep proped up on my back. I have dental insurance but it is not so great so we don't really have the money to get anything fixed at the momement.

Is this just a weird pregnancy thing???

pregnancy can deteriorate your teeth because the baby is taking so many nutrients away. So you may have another cavity on the back?

I get sore teeth now and then during pregnancy, but nothing as painful as you are describing. I would get it checked out.

It sounds like you should have it checked out. I think a little tooth sensitivity might be normal in pg, but that sounds more painful. I hope you feel better!
