I am accustomed to sciatic nerve pain, but it's never been a sign of pregnancy for me. I suppose it could be though, the way our bodies work. I hope it's a good sign for you!

I had horrible sciatica with my daughter which continued 4 years after her birth - until I finally saw a chiropractor. Within 2 appointments, the pain was gone. That will be the first call I make if it shows up this go around!

It is miserable, but not connected to pregnancy alone. If you're in pain, get treated. Good luck.

Hi I'm just stopping by, I thought I was crazy until I read your post. I don't have pain per se, but this past week I have been very aware of my tailbone. I didn't think anything else of it until I saw this post. I am testing next week too and have also been feeling sickly. Keep me posted, it will be an interesting sign of pregnance if we both get bfp's!
