When I was told I had an SCH about 3 weeks ago, I had pretty bad cramps. Then they subsided, and I haven't had any within the last week and a half. I've had feelings/pains that to me feel like "growing" pains, but that's it. Well now I'm having some different feelings.
My abdomen is kind of "crampy" but not like cramps I've had before while being pregnant...its hard to explain. Also, I've noticed in my lower abdomen, but all across it, it's this painful tightening feeling. It kind of feels like someone's taking my uterus and slowly squeezing it together.

Is this normal at all? What could this be?
...should I be worried at all?

Well hun, if your really worried i would place a call to your dr. It could just be growing pains. and you are having twins. I know i had the same type of pains, and thats what i was told. Your going to feel more as you have 2 in there. if that makes sense. I hope you feel better soon...

I agree with Brandy if your are concerened then call the Dr, they could probably better explain just what is causing it anyway, though its a good chance that it's just part of the growing process.
