So I spent the night in the Emergency Room lastnight. I felt nauseated all day and it got worse as the evening progressed. I spent hours and hours dry heaving and then vomiting the entire contents of my stomach. Finally I went to the ER where they pumped me full of fluids and anti-nausea drugs. They said welcome to morning sickness and that at the very least I can expect 7 more weeks of this I just want to cry because this is horrid!

Thanks Katidid622 for my adorable siggy!

I'm so sorry hun, but it's so worth it for that little bean you are carrying. I didn't have it as bad as you so I do sympathize. I hope it won't last the entire 7 weeks for you though. Take it a day at at time and you will get through and we're always here to lean on.

Best wishes hun

Oh gosh, that is not necessarily true! I'm really sorry that you had such a rough day/night. I hope they gave you a prescription for your morning sickness. Mine was so bad with Alex (almost exactly as you described before I got a prescription), that I had to take meds and they helped enormously. Food still did not sound very good and the nausea did not go away entirely, but the medicine kept the puking at bay.

I am still dealing with m/s. I know how horrible it is. I hope it goes away for you soon. Just remember, it's all for a good cause....your baby.
