Morning Sickness was my worst symptom and really nothing helped better than laying down, but a cold washcloth and some saltines did help somewhat. Mouthwash helped to, something about breathing in that cool minty taste.

What is/was your strongest pregnancy symptom, and whay remedy do/did you use?

Thanks Nami for my beautiful siggy!

With Abby's pregnancy I had some bad m/s and I found that the sea bands worked the best, along with vitamin b6. I managed to keep most of my food down while using those other 2 things.

This pregnancy the worst symptoms is hip and groin pain. I have found that 2 pillows between my knees helps when I am sleeping a great deal. Also earlier on when I had problems with hips I found stuffing pillows behind me and one in front of me helped too. I look like someone in a cloud of pillows at night...poor dh...there is no room in the same bed with me!! lol
Thank you Mistyx5 for my siggy.

sickness and tiredness!
tiredness i would say sleep but i find when i go to bed i lay there wide awake and then am tired again the next day (carrying twins wont be helping)
sickness, i find eating small and often helps but im still sick. mouthwash is a blessing in this house but only cos i puke so much! i havent found anything to settle it yet apart from mars milk drink (which i normally hate) but the shop here has stopped selling it so im left to cope

Friends are the family you choose yourself and I love my JM sisters!

A runny nose and food adversions were my big ones. Couldn't do much about either except get used to it. My runny nose has never gone away, but am hoping it will in a few weeks!
