I'm at my brother-in-law and sister-in-law's house for Thanksgiving. We are 9 hours away from home. Last night I felt some moderate cramps and then when I went to the bathroom I noticed a small "strand" of discharge that was just darker than the rest. It reminded me of the very first signs of AF -- I can't really call it spotting, but it is making me nervous. About half the time I go to the bathroom, I find a small "strand" when I wipe. I have a scheduled appt. on Wednesday, and I'm anxious to hear the heartbeat and know that everything is still OK. I'm trying not to be too worried about it, I'm drinking LOTS of water and just trying to take it easy.

Hey Sacha, I hope everything is okay. I'm so glad you'll be able to go in for a checkup. In the mean time maybe you can find someone with a doppler just to ease your mind? I'll be keeping you and your little one in my prayers. HUGS
