I will probably type up my story once my baby arrives, but for now, I just wanted to congratulate all of you on your pregnancies. I won't say I can understand what you've all been through, since no matter how similar our stories are, we never experience the exact same things (emotionally & physically). But I can certainly relate to the pain of losing a child (or 2, in my case).

So please just remember to cherish every moment you have with your babies. We don't know what tomorrow will bring- we can only hope and pray that we'll be holding them in 9 months. But I've kept myself from getting "attached" to my babies too often, and it left me with little to no special memories with the second baby, as short of time as it may have been...and with this one, I feel like I wasted so much time of our first few weeks together trying to NOT have hope in this pregnancy (to avoid the hurt and let-down if something happened again).

We lose so much of the innocence of pregnancy when we lose a child, and I know that's hard to overcome with future pregnancies. But for the sake of these little souls, let's keep on hoping...keep on praying. They're worth it, right??

Congratulations to all of you who are on the journey once again after experiencing a loss. You're all in my prayers, and knowing what we've all been through, it's very comforting to know how many of us out there will never take a moment with our children for granted, because we know the pain of losing them.
