I was getting pains this weekend so went for an u/s yesterday at 4 weeks, 3 days. They saw the gestational sac but one of my fallopian tubes was full of fluid which they think was either a ruptured cyst or ruptured 2nd pregnancy, she felt that it was more likely a ruptured cyst though. Anyhow, my HCG level had more than doubled (now at 2199) and progesterone still high (34.4) so she was happy with that but they want me to go back in 2 days for another u/s and I'm worried that they're worried about it and not telling me! Anyone else experienced a ruptured cyst whilst pregnant?

I was having a pain as well and went to the dr. last friday at 5 weeks, she said i had "fluid" in my pelvis which could have indicated a ruptured cyst. So maybe that is all it is....keep us posted.

I know I am a little late with this post. I hope your pregnancy is going good. I to had a ruptured cycst with my second child that I carried full term. My Dr. had told me that it was very normal. It happens more often then it's talked about.
