I did last time and it was extremely helpful. Of course I'm still having a hard time imagining standing that long and cooking all that food without feeling sick, but I would love to get some good frozen food in the freezer. The stuff in the store just doesn't compare. Crap, now I want lasagna...

Last time so many people said they wanted to bring us a meal and I was counting on that. Well, they never showed up with meals and we didn't really cook for the first few weeks unless it was frozen and heating it up. Yuck! This time I'm just going to double the recipes and freeze the leftovers. I already make a lot of meals in the crock-pot so it won't be any more time to make them.
Thank you Claire1977 for my adorable siggy

I'd like to, but I don't know if we have the freezer space! Maybe if I did a major clean out. I've never frozen/re-heated meals before so I'm not totally sure of what would freeze well either.

We did freeze some but honestly haven't eaten any of them yet My mom has come over a lot and cooked for us....which was been amazing!

It is nice to know they are there for a very lazy day though!

In all honestly I am not organized or proactive enough to take the time to make meals and freeze them ahead of time.
I am sure it would help enormously!
