During my U/S today doc made a suprised sound and comment when he saw she was still in breech position, she was very active but just feet down

I wonder when they officially flip downward? I hope she is not a late flipper!!

ooo I hope not too. My first was transverse (sideways) for most of the pregnancy and around 2 days before she was born (36 weeks) she moved head down and I'll say OUCH!!!

My son was always head down and my last one that I lost moved from transverse to breech at 17 weeks and unfortunately died in breech.

I think they still have plenty of time to move. I don't think they get worried until like 30 or 32 weeks but even then they can still move.

My oldest daughter was breech at a week before her due date. My Dr. actually told me even at that point that they could wait and sometimes they flip at the very last minute... I'm a whimp when it comes to anything POSSIBLY going wrong and didn't want an emergency c-section so I just scheduled it and she was born via c-section, but he did say they can flip right at the very last moment or they can try to manipulate them to turn.
