I'm an emotional rollercoaster today. I'm a little over 5 weeks and I have no symptoms today, so I am freaking that I am MC'ing. I'm almost to the point that I would love some morning sickness so that I could at least be comforted with knowing that I am still pregnant. Anyone else go/going thru this?

I remember writing a post just like this earlier on in my pregnancy! My symptoms came and went again quite often. I remember I used to wake up some days wishing I felt sick, and poking my boobs to see if they were sore. And then the next day I would wake up feeling as sick as a dog and my boobs would be really sore! In the end I saw my symptom free days a way of my body giving me a break before it gave me even worse symptoms lol. I know it is scary and nerve wracking though hun, but im sure everything is fine

My first weight loss goal is to lose 21lbs, which is 10% of my body weight

if it makes you feel any better, even when you have symptoms you'll obsess about whether they're strong enough, etc. I had terrible m/s starting at 4 weeks but worried endlessly when my bbs weren't as sore as they had been with the last pregnancy....i think the nature of PAL is to obsess and worry. Have you thought about going in to get some bloodwork for a little bit of piece of mind?

Its such a rollercoaster, all these emotions. Don't forget to set your milestones, it makes the time go by faster!

OMG! I didn't think I was pregnant because my bbs were not sore and they couldn't even be touched during the previous pregnancy. Not even if my arms brushed the sides of my bbs! This time, I had bouts of nausea but nothing major. It wasn't until 2nd trimester that I got full-blown morning sickness. By the time that was over I could feel baby move, so you know that helped a WHOLE lot. Good luck. blood work does seem to help. A good OB who is concerned for you will definitely help.

I wished for morning sickness. Then I got it and felt miserable. But, whenever it eased up, I panicked. I was never satisfied that this PG was going well. It's part of PAL... I hope you get just enough symptoms to make you feel comfortable with the PG, and not too many to make you feel uncomfortable. Does that make sense???
