What type of test do they run on a man if you keep having m/c? I have had 2 m/c by my fiance and I am now 5 weeks pregnant. I have 2 children already ages 7 & 5 from a previous relationship. My fiance has no children and this is our 3rd attempt. If we miscarry again I can't say that I will be willing to try again. My doc has run several test and all of mine have come back normal so I am wondering if it could be something on his part

Usually on men they'll do a sperm analysis (tests quantity and quality of sperm), and if those results are abnormal or cause for concern, they'll probably proceed to do some morphology screening, hormone tests, and/or a urinalysis.

There could be a need for genetic screening on his behalf.
