I had a doctor's appointment on Friday morning and I finally got to hear the heartbeat! It was 140. I guess I worried for nothing. DH and I took the rest of the day off to celebrate so I had a nice long weekend.

The bad news is that my blood pressure which is always on the low side was high at my appointment. My Dr. is concerned and is having me come in two weeks from now to check the blood pressure again. I am hoping that it was just high from all the worry about hearing the heartbeat and also from a very stressful week at work.

YAY for good appointments and heartbeats!! Stress maybe all your bloodpressure was - at my 12 weeks (where I found out I lost my last baby) my b/p was HIGH - but she checked again a week later and I'm back to normal

I'm glad things went well!

I hope that the stress is the cause of your high BP. Let us know how your next BP is. I had a friend who had high blood pressure towards the end of her pregnancy, and it was pretty manageble. i'm not sure about it in the early stages.
