I have been drinking 1 cup of coffee a day, for most of this pregnancy. Sometimes now I will have 2 a day.. it's just instant though, so doesn't have a whole lot of caffiene in it. My m/w said 1-3 cups a day is okay

I don't drink coffee, but I am a Diet Coke addict! it has been so hard to give it up... I'm down to only 1-2 cans per day but I'm dying... lol you would think I would be used to this, I have to give it up every time I get pregnant, but it really never is easy!!!

I'm also a Diet Coke addict! I'm doing much better but I still need my morning fix to help me get going. Sometimes at work (nightshift) I need that caffeine boost. But I agree with you, it's hard to give up.

Thanks Jaidynsmum!!

I cut back on coffee while TTC and during the IVF cycle I actually lost my taste for it. I still drink 1-2 cups of green tea every day though. Once or twice I've given in to a craving and had some iced coffee. I'm not worried, it's not like I'm drinking gallons every day, just bits here and there.

I wasn't into regular coffee, just a treat from Starbucks from time to time, but I developed an aversion to it all of a sudden. I haven't given up iced tea, it's a must-have about three times a week.
