I've been walking a couple of blocks to our community pool, that's about all the exercise I've been getting...

Um no...I was excercising regularly from March - May but I stopped completely at the very end of May, and now I'm worried about starting back up again.

Yes! I have been exercising as much as I can. I try to run if I feel OK, but a lot of times I just walk.

Run! You go girl! If I had have run at 39 weeks my husband would have died laughing.

I don't have an exercise routine, per se, but I still ride my horse (don't tell my doc) and I watch 4 children several days a week. Keeps me busy. DH and I go for lots of walks too.

No. I was exercising up until we started TTC. I am afraid to do anything right now. I was never like that in pregnancy before, but I still don't know what I did that caused the stillbirths (and I will forever believe that it was something I did), so I have the strong urge to sit on the couch wrapped in anti-bacterial bubble wrap until I give birth. Apparently that isn't an option. Who knew?

I go for a walk or bike ride several times a week (about 3 miles) and I have a prenatal workout video that I try to do at home a couple of times a week.

I was exercising until I had to give up running at about 18 weeks I didn't realize how much I enjoyed my runs until I wasn't able to do it anymore. I was walking but now I've had to quit doing much of that, too...**** preterm labor.

I've never been one who really "works out", but I do walk a lot. When I used to wear a pedometer it wasn't unusual for me to walk 5 - 10 kms a day (during the work day). DH and I often go for walks on the weekends as well. I may look for a prenatal aqua class in the fall.
