On my way to work, I was hit with this big wave of nausea, then I had the worst contraction ever! I mean I could barely talk through it. It lasted only maybe 2 minutes, if that long. Then my body calmed down and I felt ok.

I am glad it was just one contraction but wow it was a doozy! I thought BH's were supposed to be painless.

I go see my doc Friday. Do you guys think i could be dialiating as well? I wonder.

After the contraction, the baby moved around a little. I hope it was not uncomfortable for her. I wonder if my doc will take me out of waork early if I get more frequent contractions.

I would definitely mention it to your OB. It could just be BH's... but it could be more. And you could be dialating this early... you never know.

I've had a ton of contrax... some that I had to remember to relax through because they hurt... I mentioned it to my midwife and she ordered me to nap at least once every other day, but preferrably daily. (she realizes how hard that is w/ 3 kids!!)
