Get really nervous before like every appointment? With me I know they won't do much since my loss doesn't put me in a "high risk" They will do my urine sugar test, listen to the heartbeat, measure me, and we will discuss the next appointment. I still get so nervous that I have trouble sleeping for a week before it.

I'm not as far along as you so I still can't feel my little one moving, so I get completely panicked before every appointment. Each time I convince myself that the baby won't have a heartbeat and that it's all over. I was having scans every week at the beginning but i was still so nervous each time. I think it's completely normal for women that have had past losses, but it is frustrating.

Like Jess, I did at the beginning, but it got better. Now as I near the end though I'm starting to get nervous for the internal exams, (for some reason I can't get leaking fluid out of my head).

I'm sorry you're feeling so nervous, but hang in there and hopefully it will get better and you'll start looking forward to hearing the heartbeat each time.

I am doing much better now. I feel more confident every day that Scarlett will be here with us in 4 months.

Hang in there - I know how stressful this is Jessica. Before you know it we will be full term and our babies will be here!! xoxoxo

In the beginning, definitely. Now I get terrified right after the appointment because what if something happens in the month between appointments? I am the furthest away from the appointment! I had my mini freak out yesterday because Marsi decided to rest most of the day. But this morning I got to spend 5 minutes watching my belly dance on its own and freak out is over. So, I guess it depends on how Marsi is moving.

Thank you *kiliki* for my beautiful siggy!

I am still in the beginning and get very nervous that they won't find a heartbeat. I think that as I get further along I will feel less and less nervous before each u/s. I'm sorry you are still feeling so anxious before your appts, everyone deals with PAL differently.

I'm 22 weeks and still get butterflies, but it is getting easier. Now I'm almost just excited and not nervous.
