Anyone get sinus headaches while pregnant?

I always get a headache that is just pounding the front part of my head and sinuses and I get them everyday! They are getting really annoying.

I get them pg or not and they are no fun. A couple of things you can try. Warm cloth over your sinuses, steam (boil a pot of water, seat on a table with your head over the pot and a towel over your head), sinus rinses (salt and water). I hope you get better.

I get headaches during the 2nd trimester. I've always assumed that it was related to the increasing blood volume and/or dehydration.

Ditto Patty with the warm wash cloth! I do that twice a day every day to help because I get them often. But when they are really bad I do it more times a day. Also make sure your drinking plenty of water. Every time I get pregnant I get HORRIBLE headaches. My doctor told me it's from not being hydrated enough and sure enough if I drank a crazy amount of water my headache went away.

I get them too, not everyday, but it's close. You can try a saline nose spray (it's just a salt and water solution), neti pot, sit in a bathroom with really hot water on, close door and let the steam help to loosen it up. I agree, water/dehydration could be the issue, caffeine might be too, do you normally drink caffeine? And have you recently cut it out of your daily routine?
