I am debating on wither or not to rent one, I heard conflicting information on how soon you can hear a heartbeat. Some say 9 weeks, other say it's not until 14 weeks.

Have any of you used a home doppler? Is it really useful and helps give you a peace of mind? I wanted to do it to help ease my anxiety about this pregnancy.

I didn't hear our baby until 12 weeks but I am a bigger girl.

I started hearing it REGULARLY around 15 weeks.

I bought my Sonoline B fetal monitor for about $50 online. Just letting you know in case that might be cheaper than renting it for you.

I rented one from baby beats.com and I found the baby's h/b at 9 weeks, one day. Initially it would take time to find it but it got easier and quicker the bigger baby got.

I got one on ebay for $50. I was able to hear the h/b at 9 weeks. I no longer can get the h/b so easily though because he moves around so much. It took me 10 minutes the other day to find him. Then I only got him for a minute, and all I felt and heard were thumps. It doesn't hurt to get one until the baby moves.

Thank you Shortcake for my beautiful siggy!

I got mine around 10 weeks and I was able to find it a few days later. A full bladder and moving slowly around the where the uterus is helped.

I heard the twins' heartbeats at about 9.5 weeks. I LOVE my Sonoline B doppler!! It has brought me so much peace of mind. Even now at 31 weeks if I don't feel the babies move a lot, and I can't get them going, I can use it to make sure they're ok.

Thank you Jaidynsmum for my beautiful siggy!

I got my Sonoline B at around 9 weeks and found the hb on it and still do. I looked into renting, but buying was actually cheaper. I, too, got mine on Ebay for $53 - with expedited shipping, had it within 2 days! It has been great for peace of mind!

I found my baby heartbeat around 10 weeks but regularly and consistently I heard it around 12 weeks...

Just like Lindsey I'm almost 20 weeks and it takes me 5-10 minutes to find my little girl cause she moves so much! Hahaha.

I also bought a sonoline one online. I was around maybe 12 weeks when I started hearing dd1 on it. I also used it with dd2 around the same time. I think it's worth it because it brought a lot of peace to me when I would start freaking out.

I have a Hi Bebe mini doppler. I was able to find L's heartbeat at 11 wks and it was so reassuring. This time, I haven't been able to find baby's heartbeat yet. I'm not sure why...I think I must be looking in the wrong place.
