Hi Ladies
I am looking for ways to naturally increase my energy. I am in my first trimester (8w5d). I know exersice is good. Also read at another baby site that B6 would help. Sweet potato, broccoli and banana has B6 in it. What other suggestions do you have for me?

When I'm at work and I run out of energy, I go for a walk, it doesn't have to be long, just some fresh air. My other way to get energy is eating 2 Hersey's Kisses

Thank you! A walk works fine. The sweets I will have to stay away from.

Oranges are an energy food that contains a valuable source of Vitamin C, increases iron absorption, and boost energy levels.
