For those pregnant mamas, what things do you do to enjoy the weather but still keep cool and hydrated?
What sunscreen do you use for yourself and your children?
How about bug repellant?

I use SPF 50 or higher since I burn so easily. I do the same for the kids. Although in WA we don't get much sun until Jul and Aug then its gone. WA is so lame LOL. I do love summer though and the sunshine.

Thanks .:Shortcake:. for my great siggie

Well in normal years, I'd say I go swimming, but I can't risk getting an infection this time around, so no swimming for me I'll be hanging out a lot in the a/c laying down or just relaxing... The kids I'll bring to the amusement park or to the beach and then pick them up later... it's good that they are older now, otherwise this would have been even more difficult.

I used to use SPF 50+ on the kids when they were little - I always used water babies... Now that they are older I usuaally get them a SPF 15+, especially my son who has paler skin.

Thank you Katie (.:Shortcake:.) for my beautiful siggy!!
